Priced by church size, never by seat
Fund accounting and CRA receipts are in every tier — they're why you'd switch, so they're never the upsell. Pay monthly, or annually and get about two months free. And if you're the accountant, your seat is always free.

Questions about the price
Fair questions
Why price by church size instead of by user?
Because counting teams rotate, treasurers hand over, and your reviewer needs access two weeks a year. Charging per seat punishes churches for doing oversight properly, so every tier has unlimited users. Size tiers mean a 60-person church plant isn't subsidizing a multi-campus congregation.
We're a bookkeeper or accountant with several church clients. What do we pay?
Nothing. Accountant access is free, across every church you serve — each congregation subscribes to its own workspace and you work in all of them from one login. If you look after six sets of church books, we'd like to make your February easier, not bill you for it.
Do donation receipts cost extra?
No. CRA official receipts and true fund accounting are in every tier, including Starter. They're the reason churches switch, so they're never the upsell.
What if we're a brand-new plant with a couple dozen donors?
Write to us. We keep a near-free arrangement for plants under about 50 giving households, because today's plant is next decade's Standard-tier church, and we'd rather grow with you.
Is our data locked in?
No. Your records export whenever you want them, and they're your records. If you leave, take everything with you.
